In a previous report by Homefoodtravels, the CCTV footage of the actual incident in NAIA Terminal 1 showed an important detail about the case.

It can be recalled that in a statement given by the SUV driver, he told the authorities that a sedan suddenly passed in front of him when he was about to leave the departure area after dropping off a passenger.

Reportedly, in a Facebook post by LTO, “This sent him to panic, and instead of the brakes, he stepped on the gas pedal. As a result, two people died and three others were injured.

” However, as reported by GMA 7’s ‘Unang Balita,’ the CCTV footage showed otherwise; there was no sedan that passed in front of him before he accelerated into the crowd of people that day.
